Seriously - We need to return to a place of being
Please don’t allow yourself to harden.
Challenge yourself to find joy in gentleness,
And understand there is really no competition.
Your life will never get better because somebody else failed. Nor will it get worse because somebody else succeeded.
Your most profound protection,
Is to be so transparent
that what you fear,
can pass right through you.
And if you should stumble
Upon this rocky road on which we’re walking
Be thankful to have been humbled.

Both to God
And to the ground.
Sometimes Grace is being close to death one week and the next week waking up to a morning on the porch with the dogs, horses happy and Spring in the air.
I’m not big on drama, but when a Surgeon says close to death, it’s time for me to pay attention. I saw Steve, but more on that later.
